I have the same problem and have worked with him for years. The best solution I've found is to scrub or shower and massage with jojoba oil on the skin. Works like a charm. I also use jojoba oil on the scalp. Heat olive oil is ideal for the hair moisture, but I use the deep conditioning and Pureology was incredible!

Expensive, but in winter it is worth. It also keep my wet scalp.
I have very dry skin and after using a variety of moisturizers, I found that extra virgin coconut oil works best. Also you can use in my hair. I buy in the supermarket and it looks like a white box, but melts at body temperature Tempature absorbed and easily. I can not even wash my hands and remain soft. It has taken away a lot of good things "in their cells, so that if you are on your face and makes you look younger and our time and smooths wrinkles. At least that is the application. I'm too young to have wrinkles! However, I noticed that my hands look a lot better and a few small scars on his arms are much less visible.
It is a very good mild shampoo and conditioner, moisturizing shampoo and its demand for dry hair. its like $ 2 and can be found everywhere selling shampoo. The skin is the best Lubriderm moisturizer. I used, but for some reason, haha stopped. is absorbed so quickly and really damp. You can also use it on your face and makes your skin you were perfect! Super cheap as well, and can be anywhere
My husband had this problem and tryed all the olive oil in the scalp and the work is not tryed it but your skin Frór shea butter and olive oil in your hair. It really works, the oil makes the hair look fat and shea butter is soothing and not expensive at all that we have to Wal-Mart ..... Good luck:)

My hands usually be very dry in winter. I like the size of a bottle of moisturizer in the test car, and I found the use of gloves when driving a car really helps. I think the dry air that blows from the dashboard of one of the largest winter dry skin.
I use the Cetaphil skin () a great job. You can probably low for a moisture shampoo they sell at Walgreens or CVS to get your hair / scalp.
Thank you Here is my mother, and test your website cream Body Butter
