What mental health disorders such as bi polar are considered disabilities? - mental health disorders
Can someone tell me that mental illness in Texas are considered to be disabled. If anyone one of them can let me know has something that my husband has a charge of assault on him for an attack on a disabled person to commit, but saw no sign of people with disabilities (or Assualt actually), but this includes any type of disability. We assume it was a mental disability because the person who had these allegations certainly not with a physical disability.

The diagnosis of a mental disorder does not prove any disability.
Disability is determined by the individual symptoms of a person and determine how to prevent these symptoms, maintain or have the person work.
I know that people with severe chronic schizophrenia, a full-time employment. I know people in wheelchairs who work full time.
The diagnosis is not the severity of symptoms.
There are no known diagnosis of a mental disorder, which automatically considered disabled.
There are many disabled people, is the invisible disability that they are obviously a disabled person, who alone of his eyes.
HIV infection, cancer is different, and much more.
The only time when another attack in self-defense or defense of another. So when her husband was for injury to defend himself or another defendant.
