Can someone tell me that mental illness in Texas are considered to be disabled. If anyone one of them can let me know has something that my husband has a charge of assault on him for an attack on a disabled person to commit, but saw no sign of people with disabilities (or Assualt actually), but this includes any type of disability. We assume it was a mental disability because the person who had these allegations certainly not with a physical disability.
