Why immune cells from cord blood are taken for transplantation better than the child or adult bone marrow?
a. they are dense and thus easier to transplant

As far as I'm doing against other people ... hw The answer is D. The biology is a bit over my head (I know, because I had the transplant of umbilical cord blood), but must consist of antigens that are babies less antigen, or as adults. Therefore, the donor and recipient can agree to, as you can with a donor for an adult (adult donors want to be an almost perfect, but the transplant of umbilical cord blood was used in only 6 to my 10 ppg), but the chances of rejection and GVHD less .
